The following pages describe the sponsorship opportunities for ICA2008, followed by a “Sponsorship
Application and Agreement Form”.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
ICA2008 is offering all sponsors of the conference the opportunity to promote their products and services to a large number of delegates throughout the world. ICA2008 will provide sponsors with visibility before, during and after the conference through conference materials and ICA website. A sponsorship will surely increase your company’s visibility and traffic to your exhibit during the conference.
Sponsorship benefits:

Below is sponsorship information for ICA2008 for your review and consideration. We are offering different sponsorship categories.
1st Special Category: Diamond Sponsor
Sponsorship cost: Euro 30’000
LIMITED (Only one Diamond sponsor)
The SOLE “Diamond Sponsorship” benefits include:
- Printing a full page address and photo of the top manager of sponsoring company in the
conference printed book
- Company logo on conference invitation mailed to more than 40’000 potential delegates
- Banner with company name and logo prominently displayed
- Company logo on conference giveaways
- Company name and logo and link to your company’s website on ICA’s website
(from acceptance until 3 months after the conference)
- Approved promotional materials & items in attendee registration packet
- Inclusion of the Sponsoring Company in the list of Sponsors and using the
sponsor’s logo in all conference printed items including conference program, proceedings etc.
- Logo on all conference promotional materials including email and fax
- 8 complimentary conference registrations to be used for company personnel or
guests(lunch included)
- On-site signage recognizing your company as a “Diamond Sponsor” - Subject to venue support
- Highest priority for space assignment at the conference
- Allocating a complimentary booth in the exhibition of the conference (18 m 2)
- One session in the conference program duration 1:30 hrs with a speaker of choice of the
sponsor (Title shall be approved by the organizer)
- 6 complimentary inside pages advertisement (4 colors) in the conference advertisement
book or back cover & bookmark of the mentioned book (depends on the availability of back
cover and bookmark) - format will be provided by the sponsor
- Award of special medal and certificate during the closing ceremony
The conference organizer will guarantee that no other Diamond sponsor will be allowed to participate. However, selection of the only Diamond Sponsor will be served on a “first-come-first-served” basis, according to the date of receiving the formal request / letter from the company and following the confirmation of the organizing committee.
2nd Special Category: Platinum Sponsor
Sponsorship cost: Euro 24’000
LIMITED (Only one platinum sponsor)

OTHER SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Category D: Video Wall Projection Sponsorship
Sponsorship cost: Euro 3’500
LIMITED (Only one)
Promotion of Sponsor: Inclusion of the sole Sponsoring Company in the list of Sponsors and using the sponsor’s logo in all conference printed items.
Projection within an appointed venue, alternating the sponsoring company and product information with messages concerning the conference and the sponsor’s products/services. The cost includes the installation and use of the video wall technical equipment. Creating the message and the related costs remain the responsibility of the sponsor (materials to be approved by the organizer).
Category E: Inserted Printed Items
Sponsorship cost: Euro 2’000
LIMITED (Only one)
Promotion of Sponsor: Inclusion of the sole Sponsoring Company in the list of Sponsors and using the sponsor’s logo in all conference printed items.
The sole sponsor may include the company’s brochures and other promotional printed items in the conference participants’ packet (materials to be approved by the organizer).
Category F: Conference Items
Sponsorship cost: Nothing
LIMITED (Only one)
Promotion of Sponsors: The Sponsor’s name will be included in the list of Sponsors in all conference printed items as well as inside the Conference bags. These bags and other provided items shall be approved by the organizing committee.
In addition to printed materials, Conference participants will also be offered:
- 1 bag
- 1 notepad
- 1 fountain pen
The total of distributed items is estimated about 200 to 400 per item.
Category G: Badge Holders/Wallets
Sponsorship cost: Euro 2’500

Promotion of Sponsors:
This exclusive marketing opportunity offers optimum branding and acquaints each attendee with your organization. Your organization’s name and logo along with the ICA’s will be on the conference attendee’s name badges. This option includes:

logo in all conference printed items including conference program, proceedings etc.
