Paid registration for ICA 2008 includes full event (2-day conference including scientific sessions and workshops), lunches for 2 days, Coffee during breaks, A certificate of attendance, visit of the exhibition and CD or printed materials of the conference including full papers/presentation slides.

Paid registration for the ASQ CQA Refresher Course includes course printed materials, a copy of ASQ Audit Handbook, ASQ certificate, lunch and coffee.

Registration deadline: 05 November, 2008

Note 1: As mentioned above, the ICA conference organizer will consider Euro 200 discount for the registered Auditors/Lead Auditors, who are interested to attend ICA2008. For this purpose, please send the relevant support documents to the conference secretariat together with your completed registration forms.

Note 2: All registered Auditors/Lead Auditors, who are interested to attend ASQ CQA Refresher course will also be allocated discount as mentioned in the above tables.

Note 3: All delegates, who wish to participate both ICA2008 and ASQ CQA Refresher course will be able to register with very special rates. Please refer to the above tables.

Note 4: Registration for the ICA2008 is also possible at the conference venue @ Euro 1’100 .

Note 5: Upon request, the conference secretariat is ready to arrange the accommodation for participants, who will come to Dubai from the abroad. Please contact the conference secretariat for this purpose.


Cancellation Policy
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

- Postmarked until and including 15 August, 2008 – 100% refund (minus Euro 60 handling fee)
- Postmarked from 16 August, 2008 – 50% refund
- No refund on cancellation after 05 October, 2008.


Registration Process:
1. Fill the registration form in
2. send the completed form to the conference secretariat electronically (or by fax)
3. After sending your completed registration form, you will receive an invoice for payment. Payment must be received before your registration is finalized.
4. Confirmation of registration will be announced to you via email or by fax
