EXHIBITION

The exhibition will be held in beside hall of the conference main hall.
The standard exhibition booth is 2m * 3m = 6 sq. meter.
Of course, you may have a bigger booth, if you are interested.

Each booth including:

 
                        -          White wall elements on the sides and back, height about 250 cm
                        -          Front/Header board with company name in standard text type about 100 high
                        -          Some light/lamp elements
                        -          Triple contact electric plug
                        -          A suitable table and 2 chairs
                        -          One exhibitor for the exhibiting company with lunch and coffees (and maximum 2 for
                                booth bigger than 15 sq. meter )

 Of course, exhibitors can prepare other things by themselves or apply to rent the additional things in advance.

Price per standard booth is Euro 1’500 and additional space Euro 225 (per sq. meter), until end of September, 2008.
Exhibition will be open daily, during conference hours. The responsibility of overseeing the stands lies solely with the exhibitioners, who shall also assume the furnishings and decoration of their stands.
The conference organizer do not assume any responsibility for protecting or in any way insuring the exhibits or the exhibitioners or for any damage caused to the exhibition venue, except for the provision of security overnight.
As stated above, the conference disposes a venue with a simple construction and a header bearing the name of the company (in English), electricity, lighting, desk and two chairs.

All stands will be made by the conference organizer in a standard format. So, exhibitors are not permitted to build their own booth.

If you wish to promote your products and services through having a stand in the conference exhibition, please fill the “Sponsorship Application and Agreement Form “ and send it to the conference secretariat via e-mail or by fax.

The allocation of stands will be served on a “first-come-first-served” basis, according to the date of receiving the completed form and payment.
