The 4th Int’l conference of Auditors and Lead Auditors aims to review the main reasons of this issue, stop this unexpected trend and re-build the market confidence via improving the performance of auditors and other involved parties in the audit process (i.e. consultants, auditor training providers, auditees etc.).

ICA2008 brought together a wide international forum of experts in the audit related fields, who attended the event as the directors, managers or employees of AB’s, CB’s, Governmental Regulators, Consultancy Companies, Training Providers etc.

At the beginning of the event, Dr. Mehdi Khademi Zanjani, ICA Founder and Technical Secretary welcomed the gathering and then, Pegah Rahimi, ICA Executive Secretary proposed a vote of thanks.

The 2008 conference attracted speakers from different countries including the UK, the US, India, UAE, Kuwait, Jordan, Cyprus, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Iran. Also, over 100 delegates from 22 countries attended the ICA2008.

The event witnessed excellent presentations by experts and professionals in the relevant fields. Equally important were the comments from the participants during Question and Answer sessions, during breaks and conveyed over telephone/mail.

At the end of the conference and during the closing ceremony, certificates of appreciation were given to all speakers. Also, all delegates have been invited and received their certificate of attendance for ICA2008.

The event ended with a thank speech from Dr. Mehdi Khademi Zanjani, ICA Founder and Technical Secretary.
